Is HBOT Safe?
Yes, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at pressures of 2 ATA or below is considered very safe for individuals without any contraindications. As long as you don’t have specific conditions that may exclude you from treatment, HBOT is a safe and effective therapy.

Can everyone use Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
While HBOT is highly beneficial for many, it may not be suitable for everyone. It should be avoided if you have symptoms of a cold, flu, or respiratory infection. Additionally, it is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of pneumothorax, severe asthma, COPD, a pacemaker, recent ear or sinus surgery, or experience claustrophobia.
It’s also important that you are physically able to enter and exit the chamber safely. If you're unsure about your eligibility, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking a session.

How long does the appointment take?
You will be in the chamber for 60 or 90 minutes, depending on which treatment you have booked. Please allow 10 minutes either side of your appointment.

What Should I Wear?
We recommend wearing something comfortable, as you’ll be reclining in the chamber during your session. Choose clothing that allows you to relax and feel at ease throughout the treatment.

What can I do in the Hyperbaric Chamber
The therapy is very relaxing, you are welcome to read a book. It is a also a great place to just relax, meditate or have a nap. No electronic devices are allowed in the chamber.
